BON JOVI

Because I TRULY have the best husband in the world we were able to go to the Bon Jovi concert last week! I also have the best parents ever who were willing to take the kids so we could go pretend like we were teenagers! (Although I'm pretty sure we were among the youngest people there.) I love Bon Jovi, always have! All of it...big hair, leather pants, Jersey accent, old music, new music!!! The concert was AMAZING! I guess after 27 years of performing you perfect it because he was incredible, the whole band was! I couldn't believe how incredible Jon sounded even in the ESA! Granted I don't have completely perfect pitch but as far as I can tell he didn't hit a wrong note. And Ritchie Sambora has not lost his touch on the electric guitar! Eric actually saw them in concert about 9-10 years ago and he said this was an even better concert. I just wish I had the energy they did! (I'm guessing they weren't chasing after 3 little kids all day!) I was exhausted and sweaty and my ears rang for 2 days after but it was worth every bit of it! I'd see them in concert again in a heartbeat. And beyond the music Jon Bon Jovi is still one of the sexiest men alive! During a song he kinda shook his hips, as only he can, and Eric nudged me and said, "that was for you!"...once again proving that I have the best husband ever! These are some bad pictures with our incredibly outdated iphones (I'd be counting down the days for the iphone 5 if there was a release date, why bother with 4's when 5 is right around the corner?!) but it was the best we could do!

If only to have the chops of Ritchie Sambora!

It's hard to explain what they did with the movie screens and how they moved them around but it was awesome!
