So I've started the whole timeout thing with Hailey and so far it's been pretty affective. Obviously it's for a very short time but I think she understands it better because she's seen Micah in timeout so many times. I'm sure this novelty will wear off but now all I have to say is, "Hailey, do you need to go to timeout?" and she walks over and puts herself in timeout! It was too funny not to take a picture!

What a cute pic! I am now at the point with Grayson and Alora that I allow them to choose how long they are in time out for (most of the time). I like this because they learn that timeouts can be good and they will monitor what they need. They are pretty good at staying in their rooms until they have calmed down.
Oh my, that top picture is priceless. So are you saying it's easier with the second child than the first? Some days I swear I didn't know what I was getting into when I had Jonah. :) You are an awesome momma!
