Too bad in print you can't sense the sarcasm because that is what my title is today! Micah threw up tonight and I told him he was faking! Ok...let me give the back story. All day today Micah was fine. And I mean ALL day. Normal usual Micah self...playing, bouncing off the walls...you know the drill. Eric had to work late tonight so I was trying to get the kids to eat dinner and get my shopping list together so we could go to the grocery store after they were done. Micah only started complaining that he didn't feel well when I told him to eat his dinner. So I figured he was being a normal 3 year old who fights eating...a VERY common occurrence at our house. I threatened, as always, that he would go to timeout if he didn't eat his dinner so he eventually started eating. A few minutes (and several more threats) later he jumped off his chair, said he was going to throw up, then threw up all over the bathroom floor. Mother of the year award right here!
On a funnier note...
Micah-isms
We were eating lunch the other day and again I was trying to rush Micah to eat because we were late meeting my sister at Costco. Like many 3 year olds, I'm sure, Micah takes his own sweet time when it comes to eating. After about 3 or 4, "Micah hurry up!" and a few more "Hurry and eat we need to go" from me, Micah rolled his eyes and said, "Ok, ok, good gracious child!" Proof that our children really do listen to us!...just not always in the way we want. :)

Thats so sad he was sick. He sure sounds like a funny boy. We should try and go to the park this week or something if your kids are feeling better.
Oh man, those Micah-isms crack me up!
